Your Role

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and interact with users, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Stay current on the latest social media best practices and technologies to maintain relevance in our strategies.

- Create monthly updates for stakeholders on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Proven experience with social media management tools and analytics (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
